Jennifer Comalie
AMALI Programme Director
Jennifer (Jenny) Comalie assumed the role of AMALI Programme Director in March 2026. A performance-driven Chartered Accountant by profession, she brings more than 25 years of experience in strategy development, financial management, and urban transformation.
She currently serves as Strategic Executive: Finance and Customer Service at the City of Windhoek, Namibia, where she has played a key role in implementing the city’s transformation plan to become a Smart City and in securing funding for capital projects. Previously, she held senior positions including Chief Commercial Officer: Financial Services at NAMPOST, Director: Finance at the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM), and Chief Executive Officer at Shali Group Holdings. With over 20 years of board leadership experience, Jennifer currently serves as a Director on the boards of Oryx Properties Limited, Agra Limited, and Pyxis Investment Management in Namibia.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with municipal governments, mayors, and senior city officials across Namibia, leading high-impact initiatives in both the public and private sectors. She has a proven track record in driving financial sustainability and fostering stakeholder engagement.
