Ibrahima Guimba Saidou is a Senior International results-oriented leader with 30 years of technical, management, government and leadership experience in both international organisations, the private sector and government. He concurrently served for 7 years, until July 2023, as Minister Special Advisor of the President of the republic of Niger and CEO of National Agency for Information Society (ANSI), to lead the Digital Transformation agenda of the country. An internationally recognized figure in the ICT & Digital industry, Ibrahima has developed and implemented the first Digital Transformation strategy of the Niger “Niger2.0” which has inspired many countries and institutions around the world.

He has joined the Advisory board of the UN SDG Labs, the 5-member International Jury of the King of Bahrain UNESCO Prize for the use of ICT in Education, the European Union-African Union Digital Economy Task Force (EU-AU DETF), the World Economic Forum Regional Action Group for Africa (RAGA), the Global Blockchain Business Council, the Steering Committee of Smart Africa and the Advisory Group for ITU/UNICEF GIGA initiative, among others.

Ibrahima has occupied senior decision-making positions (Minister, CEO, Senior Vice-President, Director) for over 20 years in government, international organizations, and private sector. Have successfully led multi- functional and multicultural staff and teams around the globe.
