The AMALI Resourcing Track is designed to support city leaders to explore and unlock the financial resources needed to achieve their legacy goals. It provides hands on support to identify resourcing needs and opportunities, to diagnose key challenges, and to build operational strategies to secure the resources needed to deliver immediate and long-term funding to finance their visions for sustainable urban development.
Our Approach
Securing adequate resources is foundational to the ability of city leaders to deliver their legacy goals.
